490-90 at Gym aerobics,stepping, stretching = 400 left -75 doing turbo jam 45 min cardio party and 30 minutes on my treadmill w/ Serena Williams interval training i listen to her instructions to increase speed or slow down and the music keeps me going for the duration at which point she says thank you for working out with
I'm just checking in from my cruise. I'm having the time of my life, but I do miss my Sistas.
Sorry for the lack of excitement in my post. I can't type exclamation points for some reason LOL I'm glad to see that some have joined the challenge and I think I might pick it up when I get home, as all I've been doing on this ship is eating and drinking.
