SEPTEMBER '09--2 HOURS of EXERCISE DAILY in the AM

Walk outside daily, Treadmill 3x a week, Upper&Lower body 3x a week with weights, 1 Ten Minute w/0 daily,Quick fire/Daily Challenge, 15 minutes of stretching daily

I just missed my goal of 8 pounds for May. I released 7.4 pounds...so I am still HAPPY!!!

My Goal for June is to release another 8 pounds and to be able to Walk/Run (more run that walk) a 5K on June 20th.

Weigh and measure what I eat, no eating after 7p.m., drink my water, exercise 7 days a week, walk for 1-2 hrs. Saturdays(weather permitting, and stay within my calories.

Thank goodness April is out of here. I did not make my goal of losing ten pounds so here I go again. I'm proclaiming my 10 pounds now for the month of May. Can you believe for the past 3 months I have been trying to get to 140 pounds and it;s awful. I'm stuck at 142 now. But I know at the end of May it will be 132 or below. So here we gooooooo!

I am on target with my goal 10 lbs loss for this month. I have lost 3 lbs so far this month 7 more lbs to lose for this month, which means when I reach my goal for this month 10 more to lose for my overall goal of losing 60 lbs. I am excited!!!!!

Hey Sistas!

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a monthly goal that we all encourage each other to meet and succeed.

If we all post our one main goal for the month - whether it's lose 12 lbs, get a new job or try 4 new recipes - we can help to encourage each other to finish it and go above and beyond what we thought we could accomplish.

My main goal for April is to do at least 15 workouts at the gym . . I've done 2 already, so I have 13 more to go, but I know they will be a hard 13 due to all the training I have to complete this month.

I'll be looking for my Sista's continuous encouragement!!
