I thought it would be fun to have a place to quickly post at least one healthy choice made each day.
I don't know about you, but sometimes I don't feel I have time to post something worthwhile in the general discussion or don't have something that relates to what's being discussed, so maybe this would be a quick way to participate if we just have a few minutes.
We also know it is very motivating and encouraging to focus on the good choices we make (the positive), instead of focusing on all the things that went less well or all the changes to be made. That can be just DAUNTING, and discouraging.
Maybe this will be a good place to post that quick reminder for yourself and to share with each other, which would be encouraging for all.
