Okay, so for Monday's booty kicks, I did one set of twenty back and one set of twenty to the side. Not much, but it's a start. I know booty kicks can sometimes strain my back (maybe poor form, or simple lack of use and over doing it). I feel good today.
So, Duck Walk. I have to admit, I envisioned squatting and walking like a duck! Glad I watched the video. Shooting for as much as I can do today (like every time I am walking I will be on my heels).
Oh, And I love having the weeks worth of QF in one post. Then I can either follow the designated days or pick the order that works best for me.
