JumpingJacks and PushUps!
This is to make your week a little less stressed you can take this with you any where and do them any time over the week. Playing with the kids and the park or pool, jumping jacks are perfect, at work in the bathroom. It is EASY to make them fit into you crazy summer time day. Just do them and have fun.
Get your heart rate up and work your heart and lungs and burns fat and calories. Because it is weight bearing, you also build up your bones.
50-100 Jumping Jacks each, if 50 is easy double the number..

Doing jumping jacks regularly will promote overall wellness. Any form of exercise will release endorphins, which promotes a sense of happiness and well being.
Push-ups work all kinds of muscles in your body. Over all push-ups are the most efficient exercise you can do for total body fitness, and once you get the hang of it, they are not hard to do! Always be sure to keep your ab muscles firm while your arms are moving to protect your lower back and always lift slowly and with control so your elbows never snap or "lock". The traditional push-up places your whole body off the floor and uses your entire body weight.The modified push-up uses the weight of your upper body as resistance and places you with knees bent and on the floor. You can also try the wall push-up where your upper body weight is also used as resistance.
