Summer day's are coming soon ....to change things up and to keep things....the CHALLENGE for the MONTH is to try and do one of the 7 exercises that are the foundation of Pilates per day....

The Complete Workout, The Single-Leg Stretch,
The Hundred, The Roll-Down, The Single-Leg Circle, Rolling Like a Ball, The Spine Stretch Forward, and Side Kicks Front, or do them all it is your call ...please share you what completed for the day....
