A QUICKFIRE TOP TEN "Push-ups" work all kinds of muscles in your body. Over all push-ups are the most efficient exercise you can do for total body fitness, and once you get the hang of it, they are not hard to do! There are several variations of the push-up, and each is just as good as the other for working your arms. Just make sure you are QuickFire Challenging yourself to YOUR limits, EVERY day, THROUGHOUT Your day. The traditional push-up places your whole body off the floor and uses your entire body weight.The modified push-up uses the weight of your upper body as resistance and places you with knees bent and on the floor. QUICKFIRE TOP TEN: You can also try the wall push-up where your upper body weight is also used as resistance. Your QuickFire Challenge is to Pick One and do 100 in sets of 20-25 spread throughout You Day! Most of these can be done while watching TV or listening to the radio, at the office (use your desk), in the bathroom, most anywhere at all (not in car- just sayin'!)
