61 minutes on the Wii. I FINALLY got the bubble down the river and I doubt if I ever try it again. It hurts the backs of my ankles. Man that is a hard game !!!!

I live in NY but when we only get about an inch or two I can't use the snow blower so I have to shovel my entire drive way and its pretty long. And a hill so if i don't shovel really close it turns to ice! Takes me forever.
Today 2/5 did 55 mins on my Wii, stepping, boxing and hula hooping.

I did 115 minutes total time on the bike, elliptical and treadmill. I really kicked it in gear at first, but starting going slower and slower toward the end. I have a 1000 minute a month Spark America goal and really want to get my 1000 in for this month. I should have done 5 more minutes to get two hours, but my last CD had stopped. Without music I am lost. 99 minutes to go. Maybe I will shoot for extra to cushion myself in case I fall short one month.

I hope you feel better quick!! Drink lots of water for that fever.

I Have been working out on my Wii fit plus. I love it I do 45 min to an hour and I am having so much fun I don't even realize it. I am so glad I bought the Wii fit plus!!

Eeek, I gave myself the last 5 days off from exercise, well uniformed workouts. I did clean and cook, but that's about it. I'm going to pay dearly this week....BRING IT!!!

I am at work by 6am so won't exercise till this afternoon. 11-11-took intense training( a 1 hour curcuit training class) at the gym, followed by 20 minutes of running.

I have been doing the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk DVD everyday except on Sundays. This Sunday we walked the Walkway over the Hudson... a 4 mile walk across the Hudson River. The largest walkway in the world over water!

Started Leslie Sansones 2 mile walk DVD yesterday and did it again today. Too wet and cold outside already. It was snowing yesterday in NY and its only October 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH! Looks like a long hard winter ahead!
