Thanks for all the good tips, ladies! I do have a mini food-chopper that I know I need to use more. It sure does save on all the chopping by hand. I love my coffee too and love hugging the mug with my hands! I just need to plan the night before and I'll be in business! Have a good rest of the week, you all!

Hi! I have a mini food pricessor to chop up stuff like onions, peppers, etc. Sometimes I just put everything altogether in it. You can makre a bunch of it on the weekend to store it in the frig for the upvoming week. I've learned to make lots of stuff in the food processor. It's good for mixing eggs, pancake mix, milk with blueberries or strawberries. to clean it easily I just soak it in soapy water. I take it apart later in the day when I'm feeling better with hot water and a playtex rubber glove have a really good blendsr where I make milkshakes of all types. These gadgets come in really handy! Now you made me hungry! Lol

My fave is creamy hot cereal with frozen fruit thawed mixed inside and hold a cup of hot coffee it makes ur hands feel great holding onto a warm cup just make sure ur cup is lightweight so it doesnt hurt ur hands morr
I don't have any food ideas other than doing the chopping at night....make a breakfast casserole at night and bake in morning. My RA doctor suggested putting my hands in very warm water in morning. If really bad, put on a compression glove.
I wondering how you all make good healthy breakfasts with having pain so much in the mornings. My hands and wrists are the worst of this RA, so I try to make it as easy as possible. It's usually dry cereal for me and some fruit, usually canned peaches in juice or something like that, that the can opener opens and there I have it. I do make Egg Mcmuffins too for my men when they come in after milking and chores. That's so easy with English muffins, sausage patties already cooked and frozen, so just pop in the microwave to heat and then fry up so many eggs and then with cheese singles and then I assemble and I wrap each one in paper towels and zap! Any other easy suggestions? I do oatmeal on some days too and will more now with it getting cooler. I feel like I'm in a rut. I don't like alot of chopping in the mornings.
