Each morning I place 1 DROP of (generic from Walmart) Sterile Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops in each eye. That's all I do.

My ophthalmologist HAS NOT diagnosed me with "dry eye." If you have been diagnosed with "dry eye," you should be using a prescription medication such as Restasis, etc.

What products or tricks do some of you use to help dry eyes? Winter seems worse. help
