Thanks, Joanna, for posting what I did in December! I didn't remember exactly and your post helps me to see that I had at least lost 1 pound. It's truly been a struggle these weeks since Thanksgiving!! Now I feel that I can do better with my tracking with having those "over-doing it times"!! emoticon
