Last night we had 3 oz. boneless pork sauteed in a little olive oil with Bok Choy, carrot and onion, served with linguine noodles in a spicy peanut sauce. Tonite we had lightly breaded pork cutlets sauteed with mushroom and onion and served with green beans and brown rice cooked in fatfree mushroom soup. Both dinners also had a tossed green salad (spinach & iceberg lettuce) and cup of diced fruit (1/2pear&1/2banana last night, and 1/2pear& 3 orange sections tonite).
