Tried Turbo Jam Sculpt and Turbo kick for 120 min of a new online video, but the full page commercial interruptions every five minutes or so will prevent me from going back to do them again, just too frustrating. Tired and a bit sore so no evening workout

You are doing great! This was supposed to be my taper week for Bust-A-Move, but somehow I got 308 fitness minutes in today, my highest total ever emoticon My poor feet won't ever forgive me -those new bunions or whatever they are are killing me, not to mention the ankle pain I have been having lately. It was such a nice sunny day, I just kept going and going a lot farther than I intended and this after doing 177 minutes of fitness videos online this morning. Tuesday 156 minutes and Monday I only did just over 4 miles of running around at the club passing boards all afternoon for the team game, was really going fast! Tomorrow I will sit and play bridge, but its 4 miles there and back to get to the house..

When one door closes, I simply kick down another one!! Never Give up!

DVD - PiYo Align - 50 mins

Day 1 is in the books. This first DVD in the program gives you the fundamental moves. I could do most of them with modifications but the ones that still trip me up are the ones you have to do on your knees. I can't put any weight on my knees because they hurt so I'll have to see what I can do. I'm not giving up (yet).

HIIT 90 minutes this morning, some of it was more like a circuit, adding ST in between the cardio bursts. My arms are dead lol. Been doing a lot of exercise videos, averaged 28513 steps last week! The challenge I am in goes until April. Hopefully I will make it that long lol. April 18 will be a big step day when I do those six fitness classes throughout the day, my reward for fundraising for breast cancer. A real fun event. I had to volunteer for it last year because my arm was in a sling. So looking forward to it!!
