Enjoyed a 60 min Zumba class, very high energy, totally new moves to me, had trouble following and keeping up as did most of the senior class. The instructor asked if I had dance training so I guess my moves weren't as bad as I thought lol.

Is it painful? Doesn't sound like a bad fix, but I will see how long the recovery is

Linda, I just figured out I have a bunionette. Always thought it was just a callous on my little toe but looked it up at foot place and realize it is a bunionette

sorry :-( 255 min of various online videos, having to get some foot surgery to remove the bunionette on my left foot. I would like the right one done too, but its not quite as bad yet but I want to make sure I am fully recovered and able to get back in shape again for my trip.

Lifted weights and chair yoga. Power walked 10 min so far but going back out again. Took my 130 pound dog to the vets. That must count for something.
