Joanne, it sounds like you needed more cardio based workouts. Have fun incorporating the new dvds. If you find some dvds you don't like, you can always donate them to the library or a charity (or to a friend).

Hi Cyndi.

I usually do each workout on separate days. For example:

Day 1 - Cardio Workout 1
Day 2 - ST Workout 1
Day 3 - Cardio Workout 2
Day 4 - ST Workout 2

So Day 1 and 3 are the same DVD and Day 3 and 4 would be the same DVD. Get it?

The one thing that I've figured out about my workouts is that I have way more workouts that incorporate ST than just cardio workouts so I was thinking about going on YouTube to find some Cardio only workouts to add to my rotation.

I'm still walking for exercise at the moment. 30 minutes yesterday.

I have a quick question on your exercise program. Do you do every workout on the dvd before moving to the next one, or just choose 1 when there is more than one workout option? Most of my dvd's have multiple workouts on them.

Cyndi - I'm currently doing all my workouts in alphabetical order by workout name but first sorted by Cardio, Cardio & ST, ST and Other. I started this mini-challenge on June 19 like this:

I've found some workouts that I don't ever remember doing and it's kind of fun. It's definitely helping with my exercise motivation these days.

Joanna, I did get my walk in yesterday. Today will be a challenge as I have a hair appt directly after work and then another commitment at 8 PM tonight. I'll see how it goes.

I love belly dancing. I need to pull out some of my old music/videos and start dancing again. It is such fun and a great workout too.

I was really sick for a lot of April and didn't exercise as much as I usually do. I just started back to regular exercise this week. I can't believe how fast I've lost my stamina so I've been easing back into the exercise.

Today I did Yoga for Weight Loss, just for half an hour.
