I so missing water workouts :-(( Had to give them up when my lousy toes kept causing bad cramps up my legs. 275 fitness minutes today, mostly online workouts, but very fast walking outside in frigid temperatures too (60 minutes of that brr)

For the month of February got in 261.9 miles (597042 steps per Fitbit) Mostly online workouts, but finally got out hiking this last weekend a wonderful 5 miler in great conditions on Sunday, hope to get out again over at Mom's (she lives close to the river hiking trials) I will stay from Thursday to Sunday but as they have poor internet, I don't do much online.


When one door closes, I simply kick down another one!! Never Give up!

Feb 26 - 18000 step!!! was running registration at our plein air event, so no offical exercise but put my new fitness tracker to use.

244 min today, elliptical, cardio abs, dance walk, the usual mixed bag. averaged well over 20,000 steps last week. Averaged 19000 last week. Been busy trying to get steps in for the Senior Globe walk lol.

Last night went to the swimming pool and did 20 minutes of water aerobic then 20 minutes of hot tub. Wish the hot tub counted towards exercise. emoticon

Hottubs are great Kathy. I always go in after the pool exercise. Knowing it is waiting for me motivates me to get into the pool.

296 min of assorted videos online, high impact, intervals, cardio core low impact (lots of this as I am trying to strengthen my ailing back)
yesterday I did only 110 min, with a kickboxing and dance workouts as I spent my evening doing four loads of laundry.

158 minutes Feb 1 a real mixed bag, kickboxing cardio dancing, circuit training, yoga, heavy cleaning, today was 207 minutes, HIIT, high impact cardio, an amazing band workout, low impact, pilates style, elliptical trainer. With Jessica Smith's videos, its sometimes hard to classify them as she always believes in full body movements and workouts which keeps the heart rate up even when ST is the goal.

Joanna - make 1500 your goal number of minutes. I had 1260 goal last month and ended up with 2340 so I made this months goal 2000. I use the monthly fitness challenge to help me keep track. Each person puts their goal for month / min that day / minutes remaining towards goal. So mine was for Feb 1 was 2000 / 100 / 1900

finished off yesterday with 175 min total, cardio dancing, general aerobics and a chair yoga for 15 min. I have been tracking steps and mileage as that is what two challenges I am on require so I don't know my minute total for the month, I have done 125 min today with a very cold five block walk today. 3610 is my minutes looks like for January, just found where that is listed, I don't generally scroll down the pages of the trackers, which is why I have missed tracking my water on occasion

Wow its been a week since I posted, time goes by so fast! Wed and Thursday had 140 fitness minutes and Tuesday was my highest with 225, Monday 110 all online videos of various sorts. Today I did 55 kickboxing minutes of videos this morning, may do more after breakfast.

Last night I had great intentions of swimming. I actually went into the pool with my daughter. It was so flipin cold even after jumping and splashing around for 10 minutes that we gave up and went to the hot tub. That felt great!!

Today is TnT (Tighten and Tone) for the BLC Team and I created a total body strength training playlist on YouTube and played it.

The warm-up was from Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones and the arms, legs and abs were by Denise Austin. The cardio was our very own Nicole Nichols on SparkPeople. It plus my floor physio exercises took me an hour to do.

1 mile of walking on the track. Every 5 laps I did low impact high cardio Iintervals. Boy am I out if shape. Then I rode bike for 20 minutes and finished up with an 8 minute walk with my daughter.

Jan 27 - Treadmill 3.0 mph 4% incline - 45 min, Whole body strength training - 25 min, Yoga for Arthritis w/ Rodney Yee DVD - 20 min = total 90 min

Love seeing what everyone else is doing -- gives me ideas for variety

Yes Joanna - it is with Colleen Saidman and I do LOVE it.
Amber - I do not think it is a Walk Away the Pounds DVD.
