I just did my shoulder physio this morning but I'm hoping to walk at lunchtime.

I actually own a few Jessica Smith's, Linda. You're right. She is good but she's tough. In fact, I have a couple that I can't do because I just don't have the stamina but you probably good since you get so much more exercise than I do.

Look for her 10 Pounds Down series and specifically Better Body Blast and Cardio Abs. They're both too hard for me. I just don't have the energy. (yet)

yesterday, I did a sampler of short online workout videos, even a weight watcher one!
Today, I did a 35 minute strength using dumbbells (she has one with a resistance band) and stride online video, was very good. I am finding I really like Jessica Smith's workouts, they are varied, challenging and do anything from balance and dance to HIIT, yesterday, I did her high impact and low impact HIIT from the Holiday fit challenge, they were great. She does have a digital download set of 3 DVD Walk On, which is how out of the US people get it fast. Some of her walking walking workouts are even done barefoot!

Linda - Do you know of anywhere I can download exercise videos? I'm planning on taking my computer with me on vacation and using it like a DVD player for videos but my new computer doesn't have a disc drive so I'm on the lookout for workouts I can download because sometimes WiFi is spotty at the resorts we stay at.

30 min elliptical, 35 min Power Walk for weight Loss Matrix Method Kathy Smith and Zumba international Mix 60 min. Yesterday was all cleaning, three loads of laundry, cleaning up the mess my scooter was in, its nice to be able to use it, but boy does it get muddy and track gravel in. I am enjoying Jessica Smith's channel. She truly has an amazing assortment of videos ranging from 12 o 30 min. When you sign up they send you a daily exercise challenge (Holiday Quick Fit), and it can be anything from pilates to kettlebell.

Jessica Smith. Today was my 3 fitness classes Zumba, Boxercise and Step, enjoyed them all, had to make it there driving my scooter on the street as the sidewalks were all ice and driveways a frozen rutted mess. Very dangerous to walk right now.

A nice straight forward step workout, no fancy moves, just athletic, with strength training included with bands (I have to use dumbbells) alternating with cardio, lasted 45 minutes

counting all the walking I did on appointments and errands I ended up doing 60 min but at a slower pace than when I officially exercise. But hey It all counts!

30 min elliptical intervals, Zumba Exhilarate DVD and 30 min walking, wish I had done more outside, was 6 C (43 F)!! and sunny! Melting like spring, though unfortunately all the storm drains are frozen :( Going to be a huge slippery mess when it freezes again.

Donna - I'm glad you decided to do at least 10 minutes. I call that the 10-minute rule. If I don't feel like exercising, I try to do at least 10 minutes and I find that once I get started, I'm fine so emoticon

I only did my shoulder physio and some vacuuming this morning as I slept in. I hoping for a walk at lunch.

yes, there are tons of them there. Jessica smith has a channel you can subscribe to and she will send you weekly workouts. But you can find anything on there, I saw Zumba, step and even Jane Fonda, just google what ever free online workout you are interested in doing. Jessica's are good quality, fill your screen and has music but I don't like the music lol.
Today I fast walked six miles in frigid temps to get to the gym where I took three fitness classes, Zumba, Boxercise and step, all high intensity and fast. Going to need some serious painkillers

we had freezing rain before the snow, and now its supposed to drop into the -20 plus :-(
50 minutes of DVD Knockout Body 10 min solution, 1 hr 50 minute hike in the new snow, was so pretty, winter wonderland, we were lucky to get out before the wind came up

Zumba exhilarate as well, yesterday was just walking through the snow in the back yard (15 cm so far and before that was freezing range so too dangerous to walk on the cement to get to the trails)

Yesterday was low impact fitness class and then pool and then advanced step with 45 min fast walking
Today step and debating walking to my Dr.'s appt (2.36 miles one way) in snowy cold weather
