HIIT 90 minutes this morning, some of it was more like a circuit, adding ST in between the cardio bursts. My arms are dead lol. Been doing a lot of exercise videos, averaged 28513 steps last week! The challenge I am in goes until April. Hopefully I will make it that long lol. April 18 will be a big step day when I do those six fitness classes throughout the day, my reward for fundraising for breast cancer. A real fun event. I had to volunteer for it last year because my arm was in a sling. So looking forward to it!!

When one door closes, I simply kick down another one!! Never Give up!

DVD - 5 Day Fit Pilates - Easy Pilates & A.M. Pilates - 45 mins

Sorry to be MIA. Was in Cuba for a week and then I was sick for a week. Just started exercising again yesterday.

Linda - You might want to check out some larger nursing homes to see if they have a warm pool you can use. Check with the Arthritis Society. When I first got RA, I went to one in Dundas and their pool was so nice and warm.

There is a Y pool, but not that warm. When I recover from surgery, I had access to a warm pool for physiotherapy in the hospital, loved it and had no cramps, but its for patients only. I earned a Fitbit hiking badge today -35000 steps, my highest.. 177 min of exercise videos online this morning and a hike in the afternoon with Mom and Daisy

Linda have you ever looked for Arthritis workouts? A lot of YMCA's have them and the exercises are gentle and importantly the pool is warm, at least 88 degrees. May help prevent cramps.

Today was treadmill & weight train total 100 min, still getting use to the Jawbone up24 fitness tracker.

I so missing water workouts :-(( Had to give them up when my lousy toes kept causing bad cramps up my legs. 275 fitness minutes today, mostly online workouts, but very fast walking outside in frigid temperatures too (60 minutes of that brr)

For the month of February got in 261.9 miles (597042 steps per Fitbit) Mostly online workouts, but finally got out hiking this last weekend a wonderful 5 miler in great conditions on Sunday, hope to get out again over at Mom's (she lives close to the river hiking trials) I will stay from Thursday to Sunday but as they have poor internet, I don't do much online.

244 min today, elliptical, cardio abs, dance walk, the usual mixed bag. averaged well over 20,000 steps last week. Averaged 19000 last week. Been busy trying to get steps in for the Senior Globe walk lol.

Last night walked for one mile around the track with (2) interval sets. Rode bike bike 30 minutes.

Last night went to the swimming pool and did 20 minutes of water aerobic then 20 minutes of hot tub. Wish the hot tub counted towards exercise. emoticon

230 minutes of various videos, cardio, ST with dumbbells and band, balance & toning, real mixed bag lol. going to feel it tomorrow lol.

Hottubs are great Kathy. I always go in after the pool exercise. Knowing it is waiting for me motivates me to get into the pool.
