Please if you have not completed your stats please do so, I know yesterday was mothers day, but we are back into the new week. Please update your stats, some of you where pulling some great numbers.
So away we go.
This week the person with the most restraint of keeping them selves in thier calorie range was 4-1healthycyndi honorable mention Serenmom71 who recorded 5 days straight.
Drink 8 cups of water a day. Well three off us drank some high quality H20 to tie for the first week. Gemmajo, 4-1healthycyndi, and myself ( jacobss914) drank our 8 cups a day.
Eat five or more fruits and veggies. Two of us love our fruits and veggies clearing that mark 7 days in a row. Gemmajo, and myself. Way to go Gemmajo, proud to be here with you.
Minutes of exercise this week. Gemmajo - put in 190 minutes, Serenemom71 was a close second at 180 minutes in. None of use got a full 7 days in. LEts go we need to pickup here we can do it.
Next up the tough one, and the person who held strong against their temptations, was 4-1healthycyndi, Way to go against that evil pop. I have thought beast, so I do applaud your success here. I was a close second succumbing to the evil jelly beans only once this week.
4-1healthycyndi and Gemmajo are running a close race both posted at least the minimum of five times to get their bonus points.
So the final tally, Gemmajo your this weeks runner-up with 425 points. But in the end 4-1healthycyndi edged you out with 440. Way to go Cyndi
