Thanks for the reply. You are right, I have to make time for working out. Its very important, so I came up with hopefully a solution. I think by getting to bed at least by 9pm can give me eight hours of rest so I can get up at 5:00am. I can get my workout and shower in the morning instead of doing it at night. I haven't done any weight training yet but planning on joining a weight training class at the college. This will be great my kids and I can all go to the gym. Well thanks again for the support. emoticon

You have to make yourself make time. I work 4 12 hr. days and am off 3, so I make myself include 2 days of cardio and 1 day with a full strength workout on my work days and 2 days with cardio and full workouts, as wel as 1 day of cardio on my 3 days off work. This leaves me with 1 day that I use for recovery. Like I said you have to make yourself do it. Just keep coming to our team for support.

When your schedule changes and you find your day going by very fast. How do you find the time to keep up your workout? I have a food journal and I workout everyday on the treadmill. I started a new job last week and found myself slacking off with my daily routine. Each day went by and I said i will start back tomorrow and it seem like it kept going on for the next few days. I finally got back into working out yesterday (Saturday). When I was staying home during the day, I had plenty of time, but now since i am gone for over 9 hours a day, it seem to fly by. I know i need to take care of my body, so please share some of the things you are doing to help stay on track. emoticon
