I've seen those and wondered how they are. Good to hear that you thought they were good - I may have to give them a try. I miss sandwiches.

No, I heard about them on some forum somewhere. I think it was here, but I won't swear to it. I'm getting bored with lettuce wraps, and I tried seaweed (sushi / nori) wraps and didn't care for those ... so this looked intriguing. I'm so glad I got them!

They do look interesting! Did you find them in a store originally? Love to try them.

omg ... These are new to me, but maybe others know of them:

Coconut wraps! yummmmmm

They're made by a company called ImprovEat. They're fairly pricey, but I don't care: it's SANDWICHES! Real wraps! I'm in joy.

The one I made today was a club, and it held together really well. They're about 6" square, and just faintly sweet and coconutty. I think it would hold together well for heated wraps too. That's my next plan! I could see using them for dessert wraps. They're not overly sweet, but I think they'd complement some fruity concoction (berries-n-whipped topping!). The excellent news is that they're 8 carbs, gluten-free, soy-free, non-dairy (including egg-free). The ingredient list says: coconut meat, coconut water, Himalayan salt. That's IT.

I was going to just buy one package, since I didn't know if I was going to like it ... but there's only 4 in a package, and the price for multiples is good. Well, better than the singles, anyway. I've got a dozen of them here, and I'm thinking they aren't going to last long!

If you haven't tried them, look them up.
But hurry: I have their website address, and I'm digging in all the furniture for change! LOL
