I do 1 tbsp protein powder 1/2 cup plain Fage, 1/2 cup of berries and some kind of sf sweetener (usually crystal light) w/1 cup of water which makes my smoothie for my workouts. Keeps me going since it tends to be my morning meal if I workout in the morning.

I can't say I am impressed with the stats on it considering the protein is so low in comparison to the carbs. I have heard it was good tasting but definitely prefer my muscle milk protein powder (140 calories, 2gm fat, 1gm carb, 1gm sugar and 27gm protein per scoop) which is whey based and uses whey protein and sucrolose for sweetener.

Are you using it for a smoothie?
