Mine is

1 oz heavy whipping cream
.75 cup mixed berries, no sugar added
1 container of carbmaster yogurt vanilla
6 oz unsweetened almond milk
ice

I do have seeds to spit too but it is under 300 calories but seeds are also a good source of fiber

I have a vitamix so I make "milks" all the time- sunflower seed and pumpkin seed are favorites.
Homemade almond milk
cherries-1/2 cup
2 cups kale
1/2 banana
and 1 T of ground flaxseed
and 1T of coco is a big favorite- however I can see that this would not be low carb-
all I can think of is maybe using flavorings instead of the fruit or perhaps tea- the celestial brand has many kinds
keep the greens in there and you can use baby spinach instead of kale or even romaine too

Yeah, the seeds are dumb, but I like smoothies.

I used Alton Brown's recipe with unsweetened almond milk, v8 juice, and a bag of mixed berries.
4 oz unsweetened almond milk,
4 oz v8 fusion juice (I used the light version last time, but learned that it's pretty much watered down v8 juice, so there's no point)
4 oz banana,
8 oz berry mix,
4 oz peaches.

Makes for 3 8 oz drink for around 375 calories 96 carbs total. I also like to add a couple tablespoon of flax seed to it.

Granted that's a bit high carb count, but hey, if you're drinking smoothies to consume fruits, that's what fruit comes with. :)

For less calories ... leave out the milk altogether (Almond or skim). Use diet soda instead. Any flavor!

This could be made lower carb with a few substitutions:

1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Milk for the skim milk ( 35 calories / 1 carb)

Half a FUZE Slenderize drink for the juice (7 calories / 1 carb)

1 cup strawberry halves (45 calories / Net 7 carbs)

1/2 C Greek Yogurt Nonfat (60 calories/ 5 carbs)

Total Calories: 147 Total Carbs: 14

**I would also add 1 tbsp. of coconut or flaxseed oil and might substitute the yogurt for whey protein powder. So much you could do with this!

YUM!
