I currently burn 500 calories on my treadmill and thats about a 50min workout for me so I think I'm gonna try and aim for 600 calories this summer... it's only about an extra 10 minutes and I think I am in need of another challenge since I have almost reached my goal. I also want to tone up, I've lost the weight now I wanna work on the abs and gluts!
I NEED TO revisit this.. i think my goal is to go down another jean size for the hot days.. i will only be cooler in the humidity if i weigh less.. like 15 more pounds LESS.... i want lots of cotton dresses to stay cool in..
i was dreaming this afternoon about being bikini ready like tons of beautiful women out there that are ready for summer.. hey a lot can happen before mid june right.. wink, wink... it will come off, it will come off and i am feeling better and better just by doing this...how do others feel about the chics who are bikini ready for summer. or shorts for that matter?
I like your goal Zozo... I don't think I've every been able to wear a bikini! However I think mine for the summer is to tone up my arms and legs to feel comfortable wearing short sleeves and shorts... this actually should have been my winter goal so I was ready by the summer... oh well time to make it happen now!
