I have read the insider each day. I almost did the budget deal but decided why? I am not a person that spends much and hubby pays all the bills so money isn't one of my problems. Don't have much so don't spend much :) I will work out on the Wii balance board for 15 minutes +15 minutes more just because! My Fridays meals are: Breakfast, my mixed bowl of cereal (I always mix two kids, one low calorie and one loaded with vitamins) 1Tbsp of flx, with milk and my cup or two of coffee. Lunch: on the run since I will be at Luxemburg rummaging so may just be a grilled chicken wrap at McDonalds, hold the cheese, extra lettuce please. Dinner: If it is nice out and the Luxemburg races are on we always go to Subway then I will get my vegie, no cheese, extra on the vegies!
TUESDAY: Read the Insider. Unable to do any exercising. I have a permanent left hip injury. Usually doesn't give me too much trouble. But yesterday, (maybe because of the rain), I was in a world of pain. Spent my day drugged up on Vicodin, muscle relaxants and a heating pad on it while I laid in the recliner almost all day and all evening. Still giving me trouble today but not as much.
WEDNESDAY: Breakfast: maple & brown sugar oatmeal; Lunch: 2 boiled eggs w/toast; Supper: country style ribs, mashed potatoes, fresh, steamed green beans. Wow, this is nice to know what I am going to be eating on Friday. I have never planned this extensively before. Usually only 1 meal, not all 3 meals.
Monday, don't think I met my dairy,I hardly do but I didn't track yesterday. I have to get back to tracking food since I got on the scale this morning and found a lost pound....or two!!! :( I will read the insider and do the exercise for today along with my 30+ minutes on the Wii. With it raining it is back on the Wii today!
