MONDAY - 19th: Drink 10 glasses of water.
TUESDAY - 20th: Do the Trivia Questions.
WEDNESDAY - 21st: Track your food.
THURSDAY - 22nd: Do the "Exercise of the Day"; if the one that is featured is not possible for you, pick one of SP's exercises.
FRIDAY - 23rd: No snacking after your evening meal unless necessary in order to take medication.
SATURDAY - 24th: No eating in front of the TV.
SUNDAY - 25th: Spend 30 minutes outside. If weather prevents you from doing that, do 50 wall pushups.
