Happy Friday all!
I have been increasing my ST lately (really feel it too!) ..... emoticon There is a lot you can do w/ the 'ball' and videos on sparks that are good! ....... Also some water aerobics and cross training ................. Have a good weekend coming up!!

Been on the go all day, so only about 15 minutes of quality walking time. Hopefully I can get in a walk tomorrow evening, our pm church services are cancelled since there is a funeral at our church @ 2.

Thursday I did 30 minutes of walk / jog intervals and then yesterday I did 60 minutes of boxing with the punching bag. Hoping to get in at least 60 minutes of exercise today between walk / jog intervals and yoga.

Working & then heading to our midweek church service leaves not much time for exercise. I did get in a 10 minute walk around the office complex today.

I did 70 minutes of walking / jogging intervals yesterday. Which pushed me over the 500 fitness minutes mark for the month! emoticon I wasn't sure if I'd make it to 500 minutes at the early part of last week. Glad I pushed myself to make sure I got there. emoticon

Yesterday was spent helping clean the church for upcoming Homecoming services & then cleaning my own house, 150 minutes of extreme cleaning, lots of calories burned.

I walked for 45 minutes Thursday with DH in town. Yesterday I boxed with the punching bag for 60 minutes and today I did 36 minutes of Power Yoga.

Yesterday I got in a 30 minute walk, that is in addition to the workout I got from scrubbing & cleaning the house.

Last Friday I walked / jogged 4 miles and then Saturday I did 47 minutes of boxing with the punching bag. Monday I walked / jogged another 4 miles. Tomorrow I'll either do boxing or I'll do yoga. I'm thinking I'll probably do some yoga since I want to try to get in twice a week.

Well the room is painted & carpet down. Today DH has to put the molding up, help me hang ne curtains & put the bed & dresser in there. I have to go by a set of matresses later this morning as when the kids moved out they took all the beds. LOL! Getting my spark done down, already got the house cleaned, just laundry to finish. I'm heading out in a few to buy new sheets & such & then heading over for my root canal, not looking forward to this but got to get it done.

Donna--I'll bet that is a good feeling of accomplishment for you .......... It is so nice to make changes .......and good to do before the cold sets in.

Cathy--Good for you w/ the yoga. I have tried yoga, but unable due to a spine condition but I do some Pilates (w/ sparks) and that is a good feeling afterwards .....

We have been doing some home improvement after work this week. Monday & Tuesday nights were painting, tonight putting the carpet down in the spare bedroom. Ready to get this done & have some walking time which gives me a change to think & plan.

I did 53 minutes of yoga tonight for the first time in a long time. I forgot how stress relieving it can be. Going to make a point of doing it a couple of days a week at least.

I needed this as well so I too am glad I posted this challenge. emoticon I did 51 minutes of walking with Leslie Sansone early this morning. Only did 45 minutes of exercising last week.
