GGMOM and Russell are right! EAT YOUR EGGS BABY! My cholesterol is perfect and I eat anywhere from 2 to 6 eggs a day! (2 raw with whey protein powder) As long as you don't eat bad carbs or low fat junk...you will be fine. Might I suggest coconut oil too? My husbands cholesterol was really bad and when I took him off bad carb stuff and added fish oil, coconut oil and a few supplements it dropped massively in 3 weeks!
& before someone comments on raw eggs....mercola.com (a dr.) will support what I am about to say. Eating raw regular eggs you have a 1/30,000th chance in getting sick. Eggs that are fresh, organic and cage free have less than a minuscule risk involved with samonela(sp). I have been eating them for years and have been giving them to my daughter since she was 6 she is now 10.
These days she has a greater chance in getting samonela(sp) from spinach, meat or handling dog food!
