CHALLENGE:*TREAT* yourself to a 10 lb. loss OK, I'm a week late, but I'm signing on anyway; I'll just have to boost this to 2 lbs./week. Perfect timing to go along with my plan to lose weight in a more disciplined fashion, and with added incentive of trip to Long Beach, CA, for library conference Nov. 2-5th.! Sorry I was not in on the start, but I did lose a smidgeon last week.

well - Sunday was officially 170.4 even though my signature line shows Friday's Biggest Loser weigh-in at 169.8 :( - I think that was all the energy boosts along the bike tour yesterday and the Veggie Quesedilla after the ride. Lots of veggies and lots more cheese. Oh well, I'm learning. :)
SO - for simplicity (because of my sig line) and an even greater challenge (for me) I will claim my starting at the 169.8 - I'll just have to work harder - right?

My official start weight will be 163.7 since I will not have access to a scale tomorrow! Goal weight: 153.7 I like the sound of that! I have been having the hardest time getting into the 150s. I saw them briefly a month ago, but have been hovering around 163 ever since. I am training for a marathon and have not been able to figure this whole thing out!
