Thank you for starting this thread. Made a decent start (15# since 7/1) but do want to push the speed that I am losing up a bit. Sometimes someone has to push you off so you will move, even if you really want to ....

Looks good! I have just started losing again, but played with the same 5 pounds for a couple months!

Thanks for your words of wisdom. I,too, have been playing with 5 lbs. 260 - 255. I have not seen 255 in asuch long time , (coming from 295) that I really think it is my friend. But I have a long way to go and miles to go before I sleep (paraphasing Robert Frost -LOL)( badly I might add)

I am starting a PUSH THAT TUSH CAMPAIGN because I know there are a lot of people out there, like me, that are stuck with a mental barrier that stops you from getting to where you want to be. I’ve been here a while…I blog, I track, I read, I look for answers, but I’m still not there yet.
So close to those goals…and yet so far away. Playing with the same 10 pounds back and forth and not seeing real progress. And knowing the only thing stopping me .. is ME.

SO HOW ABOUT IT….ARE YOU WITH ME??? Because whether you’re looking to lose 20 pounds by the year end Or OneDerland, Or Overweight, or Normal weight It ain’t going to happen unless you PUSH THAT TUSH.
We’ve got 4 months Left in 2012 to make a DIFFERENCE LET’S DO IT TOGETHER.
