You go to the gym everyday, or a dew days a week. You make great changes...and then nothing...no more gains...no more pounds shed...no more hope. You look at yourself in the mirror and you see someone that used to be happy..someone who once had a burning fire inside. Now you see someone else..not you! Someone lost and unhappy looking in the mirror at something a few months ago was a goal...now you have remained the same..unable to advance and make gains... You want to give up...quit...throw in the towel. Don't! You need to re spark the fire... think to yourself how it feels good to relieve all of your stress in the gym, and how you work so hard in the gym it is like your job. Use others in the gym as motivation.. if they are bigger or slimmer than create a goal and keep it to yourself, and visualize that person is competition and you need to do what you can to come on top. do not cheat yourself... work hard... work smart and everything will line itself up.. it is the gift of time we take for granted.
