Well, besides walking, I do exercise cardio DVDs, usually not doing the same one twice a week. For strength I was rotating one of the four Spark BootCamps I belong to each month. Life issues have gotten in the way of my doing them for a while. But, I am getting back to it today!
The change I see in my body is in my waist and thighs. Have lost inches in my waist and there is no cellulite in my thighs.
. I guess the butt is doing pretty good, too.
