1. Carbs- Sparkpeople recommend that 50% of our calories come from carbs - the challenge is to reduce that number to 40% - and to add the extra 10% to proteins or divide it between fats and proteins ( but higher proteins would be the better choice for most).
( you can monitor that using your pie chart) you can see your pie chart by hitting the see todays full report button on the right side at the bottom of your nutrition page.
2. Strength training - Sparkpeople has a great 20 minute dumbbell workout. Go to the healthy lifestyle top tab - hit videos - then hit explore fitness videos - scroll down and you will find the 20 minute dumb bell workout - the challenge is to do this 3 times each week ( and 4 times would be better).
3. Post here to the challenge topic as often as you can - daily is great. Its the team support that helps keep us all focussed and supporting each other.
