Body Pump Class - 200 (based on results of a study I found online for females where participants in a 50min class were wearing HR monitors)... I figure I'd have burned 100 just standing up for an hour, so hopefully that's about right. :)

Today was a strength-only day. I did the full Level 3-4 Power 90 strength/abs workouts plus the stretching, power yoga, and first round from the cardio dvd but stopped due to a cranky knee. It was close to an hour total. Note to self, don't clean DVDs with alcohol - the Level 1-2 DVD is officially toast until I can get a copy!

I'm going to say 200 calories to make sure I don't overestimate.

I'm going to guess 300-500 calories total. I log 300 to be on the safe side (and because I feel like some of my activities are overcounted by the built-in calorie counts - e.g., biking).

Need help!!! Very frustraded started my exercise on January 4th and have only lost 2 pounds. Always eating right. Exercise daily and not loosing. On a daily basis I'm loosing over 300 or 400 calories not including my bike and small weights. Help PLEASE
