The only change I have really made is to use the meal tracker. I was AFK from Spark for almost a year and I am back in the swing now.
As Mother knows, ElliQQ, I am having trouble with seeing any significant weight loss. For two reasons I think: I'm on a pain med that has a weight gain side effect, and I am burning over 4500 calories a week so far. I kept off 10 pounds from last year (my weight when I stopped was ~ 157, so I gained back 10). What I noticed most was the gain back of inches. The good thing is that the inches are coming off again, I just think I might be in a loosing battle because of the meds.
I will ask my Spark friends if any of you have any suggestions. My DM has told me where to research and I am doing that.
P.S. - I am also notorious for putting on muscle fast, so that might have something to do with it (note to self - DUH)
