emoticonNice workout!!

Today I started off with Boot Camp vid for today and then the one from yesterday (life got in the way, again), arms on bike with 5# dumbbells, lunges and such for the legs (trying to get rid of the last of the thigh rubbin' thing... emoticon), and 60 minutes on stationary bike.

I have decided to do the bike everyday. Used to when I was younger and it has been helping me sleep I think.

I know my 'wings' on my arms are getting smaller which is nice. I can't wait to have the workout body I want again. It will come. I seem to be more fired up this time.

Hope all is well with everyone here... off to give ElliQQ a hard time for not posting her stuff

Hiked around my circle for 25 minutes. Then, later today I did 12 minutes on the treadmill, followed by 40 minutes of weight lifting, then 7 minutes on the stationary bike.

Let's get this team moving. Maybe soon ElliQQ will be adding in her's... hint hint!

I will try to add later, just got home so I have not "done" anything yet. Lazy me.

Wish I had a treadmill, too, but there is no room for it here I think. So, I will use yours in my mind... hehehe

I did 10 minutes on the treadmill at 3% grade, 3.4 mph. Circuit training of chest and calves. Then, 5 minutes on the stationary bike at level 3.

emoticonI don't think I moved this much in college when I was lifting daily. This is crazy good.

Spark Sweatsuit to Swimsuit leg workout, followed by crunches with the ball, swimming, Superman, Boxer, Genie sit (I am REALLY starting to like this on - I recommend it to all), bridges, calf raises - did some rocking too, then bicep curls, shoulder presses, and tricep extension on the bike which was ridden for 60 mins.

Mmmmmmmm... feels good!!emoticon

Little tired, but deeply satisfiedemoticonemoticon

I want other people to get inspired by my lazy butt. Take a look at some of the videos, they are not too bad and all are less than 10 minutes. Everyone has 10 minutes in their day that they could use towards better health. Every time I start my day off with one of these, I am inspired to keep my shoulders back and abs in for the rest of the day. Please note that I was doing these at night after the kids went down, it was wearing me out, staying up too late. Now I fit it in first thing and I have more energy than they do when they get home from school!!!

LOL!!!emoticon

Hmmmm.... they can't keep up with 40 year old momma sometimes!

Have a great day, Raeemoticon

Started off the day with 2 Spark Workouts for the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit challenge, followed by crunches with ball, push ups with ball, wall push ups, calf raises, and soon to get on the stationary bike for an hour.

Looking forward to another tiring day!
