I HAVE A CHOICE. THE WAY I CHOSE IS UP TO ME. IF I FALL I WILL GET BACK UP. ONE STEP BACK. TWO STEPS FORWARD.
If I have to deal with them, I try to point out the positive, or opportunities. If this isn't possible, I try to just let the words flow right through without making a home in my head.

I try to avoid them. If that's not possible, I politely tell them that I don't wish to discuss the matter.
