Hey, all.... I've had a miserable couple of weeks (smashed my face on some pavement and was hit by a bout of extremely non-existent self-esteem that kept me in the house and prevented exercise.) Am extremely blessed that I heal quickly--almost back to normal besides a couple of the deep cuts--so I'm getting back into my groove here, too.
I know there's only 2 weeks left, but I'm going to be accountable for them even though I'm not aiming at a full 10 by 11/10. (I'll aim for 2 pounds a week, though!)
I am continuing to maintain my weight loss. I have been injured for more than a month now. I have only this past week gotten back to my daily walk, just over 2 miles. The rest of the day, I still have to rest.
Hey guys! Last month's challenge went so well (and someone suggested this!) that I've decided to make another challenge for this month. Same idea, so there isn't much explaining to do. Keep up the good work, or if you're new, good luck and have fun!
