Tis the season to make changes and meet new goals!
I think I am going to look at this a bit differently this new year. I am not going to set goals to meet to make my life any more stressful than it already is. I am hoping the stress will be less this coming year. I am going to just take it one day at a time, watch what I eat, and drink more water and get back to exercising.
The last couple months have been rough on me and I let everything go. My weight is up and had I have noticed a big difference in how I feel. I do wish to lose what I gained, about 10 lbs by the end of Feb. I guess that is a goal, but I don't want to think of it as one. I guess what I am saying is I want to be more mindful of what I am eating. I just read the book, Food Rules. It gave some good rules to follow that made sense.
