I would love to do a walk around the park by the capitol, and also meet (even carpool?) out to the beaches. I couldn't walk on the jetty but willing to meet there and walk down the beach! Sounds like a lot of fun! Charlotte
After a very long time, I thought I would check in and update my status, and say Hi to anyone still there who remember's me. I am doing well, have had some setbacks, but not in the weight loss department. My goal has always been my Sparkpeople name, Iwillbe145. I am able to see the goal line now, I weighed in this morning at 152. I still have nearly 10 lbs to go, and I can see by my belly that I will want to continue loosing until I have a waistline again, but I am so happy to have come so far.
I thought a Volksmarch would be the easiest thing for us to do, I would say followed by a picnic Spark Recipies.
Here is a list of walks that are year round that would be fun or close, or beach related
Ocean Shores - Beach Walk Ocean Shores - Jetty Walk Olympia - Olympia Capitol and Downtown Olympia - Olympia Capitol and Water Walk Olympia - West Olympia Walk
The weekend is 3 days so we can do just one, or we can do more than one. If we do more than one than if you can't make it to one you have another. I may even be up for camping and doing both of the Ocean Shores walks.
Give us your thoughts and opinions as soon as possible and I will make our rally plans.
