Hi all! Here is a quick run down of the Rules and Dates for this challenge. If you have a question that is not answered by the following info go ahead and post it as a reply to this thread and we will get you an answer asap!
1. Each teammate must weigh-in once a week (***Deadlines are Tuesdays @ 11:59pm CST). If you miss two weigh-ins, you will be eliminated. Each team will have team captains who will be helping keep track of weights.
2. If you DO NOT post a starting weight on your team by April 3rd, you WILL be eliminated from the challenge.
2. Post your weekly weigh-in on any day during the week. This means you can keep your weigh in day and post on that day (once a week).
3. It will be beneficial to your team if you participate in the team challenges. There are two challenges each week. We encourage daily participation!

April 3 - Last day to post your Starting Weights!
April 10– Last day to post your Week 1 Weights!
April 17 – Last day to post your Week 2 Weights!
April 24 – Last day to post your Week 3 Weights!
May 1– Last day to post your Week 4 Weights!
May 8– Last day to post your Week 5 Weights!
May 15 – Last day to post your Week 6 Weights!
May 22 – Last day to post your Week 7 Weights!
May 29th– Last day to post your Final Weights!
After you sign up on the sign up thread you will be broken into teams, once on your team you will be participating in weekly weigh ins and 2 weekly challenges (1 fitness and 1 nonfitness related) with each team earning the chance to win a 5lb advantage per challenge. These challenges are a fun way to get motivated and have fun while getting in shape for the summer ahead!
Weights will be due each Tuesday by Midnight CST. You can weigh in early, but not late. If you will be gone for any length of time you will need to let me or your captain know BEFORE you leave, not after you come back (if you forget to do this it will be counted as missed), and we will weigh you in. Three missed weigh-ins will result in elimination from the challenge.
To play you must be eating a healthy diet (no all-liquid, all-M&M, etc) of at least 1200 calories per day or more, have had no weight loss surgery, and not be on any weight loss pills. This is an honor based challenge, by cheating you are also cheating yourself. Also, you must have been 20 something when you joined the 20 something’s team and have 50-99 pounds to lose.
