i have been so behind on my habits. but i still am working on them:
PHYSICAL HABITS TO CHANGE OR DEVELOP.
Decrease unproductive computer time.
- I so often make a point to walk away fr om my pc to go clean something or organize something so i don't just stay on my butt to long

EMOTIONAL / SPIRITUAL HABITS TO CHANGE OR DEVELOP
Private journal more - this is when i can track my attitudes and ideas the best. I find my spirtiutality is often limited my some of my emotional immaturity

i started to make a point to listen to more hymns or christian music when i am journaling or just reading things on spark.

1. My two goals are still valid and important: drinking 8 glasses of water, and soing 10 minutes of spiritual reading

2. Not doing too good.... maybe less than half the time.... traveling made it even more difficult.

3. I just need to be aware and discipline myself to drink that water and find time to read!!

Will try harder this week!

My original goal is to consistently measure my food portions. Yes, this is still valid for me.

2. Are you practicing your new habit: (a) all of the time; (b) frequently; (c) half the time; (d) occasionally; (e) once or twice?

I am practicing my habit about half of the time. I am using pre-portioned utensils at home. For example, I know how much fluid my favorite cups and glasses hold and I only drink from those. I am also using measuring cups to serve foods that are eaten from a plate or bowl.

However, I have not yet used my new food scale!!

3. How can you further establish your habit this week?

Well, the scale is out of the box and the directions are on the kitchen counter waiting to be read. I likely need to get a battery for it before I can actually use it.

We are at the halfway point of our challenge! We've been at this three weeks already, and have another three weeks to go.
