My original goal is to consistently measure my food portions. Yes, this is still valid for me.

I am practicing my habit about half of the time. I am using pre-portioned utensils at home. For example, I know how much fluid my favorite cups and glasses hold and I only drink from those. I am also using measuring cups to serve foods that are eaten from a plate or bowl.
However, I have not yet used my new food scale!!
3. How can you further establish your habit this week?
Well, the scale is out of the box and the directions are on the kitchen counter waiting to be read. I likely need to get a battery for it before I can actually use it.
