My Summer Challenge for the next 5 weeks is:
Go to bed at a specific time, get up at a specific time every day!
This IS a SMART goal! I CAN DO IT!
Sunday 2/27... 10:30PM - 7AM... I at least got 8 hours of sleep...LOL!
Monday 5/28... 10PM - 7AM... Guess I needed the sleep? But I got up and used my Wii...
Tuesday 5/29... I'm going out of town after work, so I may not get to bed at 10PM. I WILL post the time when I get home! Home at 11:30PM. To bed at 12:00AM...
Wednesday 5/30... Up at 8:00AM Bed 10PM.
Thursday 5/31... Up at 7AM Bed 12AM... moving the girls into Assisted Living all afternoon.Didn't get home until after they were settled and in bed.
Friday 6/1... Up at 8AM Bed 12AM
Saturday 6/2...Up at 8AM Bed 10:05PM... well, I AM getting at least 7 hours of sleep...LOL!
