I am planning to start a new summertime challenge on Sunday! Pentecost Sunday!
We will invoke the Holy Spirit to help us develop healthy summer habits by making small, incremental changes. The specific change will be up to the individual, so it could be a physical, emotional, or spiritual change (or two).
We need to remind ourselves that it can take up to 6 weeks to establish a new habit, often replacing an unhealthy habit with a healthy one.
I will provide examples of the types of changes members can make during this challenge. The focus will be on small, sustained change so that the habit is ingrained by the end of the summer.
Stay tuned for details, but meantime, start thinking about which healthy habit or two you'd like to develop or improve.
