I am reading Mother Teresa's 'Come Be My Light', and then I will be reading 'Rediscover Catholicism', which SHAPNUP also so kindly sent to me!
I am feasting on more and more fruits and vegetables, and I get my water in every day.
I am doing cardio 7 days a week (very little on Sundays), and strength training 3 days a week.
I just completed my re-taking of RCIA at the Easter Vigil, and last Thursday we had a social evening for all of us, where I feasted on lots of cheese and crackers, fresh fruit and cookies. I still managed to be within my calorie range for the day.

Well, one of the women working the game last night noticed I'd lost weight, and this is a first. I will continue to feast on real food, having cut out all refined sugar in favor of a bit of raw sugar, and only drinking organic milk and using organic corn. I will not cheat on wheat even once. I owe it to myself to do this! I've hit a low point with exercise due to pain. I need to do something, but am not sure what. Pray. I also need to get back to some spiritual reading which I've sort of put down since Easter. Thanks for the challenge, cj. I have a copy of Rediscovering Catholicism, but can't find it in a nonprint format. Maybe there is a Kindle version I can listen to on the computer. I want to read it! Kate

I am using "The Little White Book Six-minute reflections on the Sunday Gospels of Easter (Cycle A)" as my morning devotions. I am feasting on all the fresh fruits and veggies I can. I am trying harder to get in all my water. I am training (on-going) for 5K. We are doing one a month when we can find them.
