This week I took seven small containers and cut up some remain lettuce and cucumbers, carrots, and celery. I put them all in the refrigerator to eat along with my meals this week. Also, I might eat one for a healthy late night snack. It is a great way to add fiber & vegetables each day.

Well, I for one, and eating alot more healthy. At work at night, someone is always buying take out. Full of fat, FULL of salt. SO bad for you. I have never indulged, as I always bring in my own dinner, alot with healthy snacks!
