This is always a time where i seem to fall off the eating and exercising horse so i think we should run a challenge over this time. Maybe we could do it like the fittness ones.
1- i didnt eat any chocolate
2- I stuck to my exercise routine
3- I stayed within my calories
1- I only ate 1 small easter egg
2- I only missed 1 day out of my exercise plan
3- I only went slightly over my calorie plan one day.
1- I ate a bit of chocolate
2- I missed a couple of days out of my exercise plan
3- I went over my calorie intake a bit
It all went out the window
If you have a better idea on how to write this please tell me.
I personally hate easter i really dread the chocolate. Im going to go for platinum. I think the exersice will be sweet as im going away wakeboarding. But the no chocolate and calories will be where it gets me.
