Wednesday: 5 glasses of water, 4 fruits and 2 veggies :-( would have had more but the tv dinner i was to have for lunch today was terrible so i didn't eat it.

Thursday: 4 glasses of water, 3 fruits and 1 veggie :-(

well I'm in but it will definitely be a challenge! Not good at eating all my fruits and veggies! I will try my hardest though..any tips will help to fit them all in my day!emoticonemoticon
Monday: lettuce, cucumber, carrots,v8 fusion strawberry banana juice 16 oz; 9 cups of water!!!

Ok folks this week will be a nutritional challenge. This week we will be focusing on incorporating more water fruits and veggies into our diet.

Every day we will try to reach the goal of:

*8 glasses of water
*4 veggies
*4 fruits

You can do more if you like but this is just for help because I know that I do not like water that much and it is hard for me to get to the 8 glasses of water daily but I know that cutting out the "empty" calories is best for losing weight.

Here is how we will track this you will post like this and edit it daily

example:

Monday: 7 glasses, 4 veggies, 3 fruits

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Friday:

Saturday:

Sunday:
