well I'm in but it will definitely be a challenge! Not good at eating all my fruits and veggies! I will try my hardest though..any tips will help to fit them all in my day! Monday: lettuce, cucumber, carrots,v8 fusion strawberry banana juice 16 oz; 9 cups of water!!!

Ok folks this week will be a nutritional challenge. This week we will be focusing on incorporating more water fruits and veggies into our diet.
Every day we will try to reach the goal of:
*8 glasses of water *4 veggies *4 fruits
You can do more if you like but this is just for help because I know that I do not like water that much and it is hard for me to get to the 8 glasses of water daily but I know that cutting out the "empty" calories is best for losing weight.
Here is how we will track this you will post like this and edit it daily
