I haven't been doing well on my diet/exercise thing. I injured my knee (big time) and have been to a gazillion doctors appointments and physical therapy for that and my youngest son's cough (still don't know what causes it!) I'll start again tomorrow. At least I've been doing well enough that I haven't gained.

Me to! I am "only" 157 lb, but I have developed high cholesterol and a sliding hiatal hernia as a result of this weight on my small frame. If I don't lose it fast and heal, the doctors are going to start talking about long term medications and surgery. I'm too young for that!

I also need someone to message me and reel me back in if I get off track.

emoticon Going foward, I am going to try a lot harder to drop some weight. It starts with keeping my nutrition on point. Then with getting in my daily workout routines. I need to keep moving even if I'm tired.

emoticon I challenge myself to lose 2 pounds a week. Wish me luck!! I would love to see 164 to get as close to reaching this challenge. Then I'll start over. My goal weight is just too far away and it's time to stop messing around. emoticon
