4 pounds in 11 weeks is just awful. Now that I see it in writing, I am more motivated to see results again. This is just ridiculous! I could have been at least 11 pounds lighter, if I suck to my own challenge. I need to not think about the past and just move forward. I have 9 weeks to make a difference and could actually still reach my goal.

Wk 12: 10/14 = still pluggin away but not doing very well. Need to regain / find motivation, determiness and will power!!

Wk 12: 10/14 =
Wk 11: 10/7 =
Wk 10: 9/30 =
Wk 9: 9/23 = 163
Wk 8: 9/16 = 166 (on Thursday I weighed 163.5, Monday 166 - same thing happened last week. What's up with that!! I'm way more active on the weekends. I'm not sitting at a desk all day. *Frustration!!*)
Wk 7: 9/9 - - - -
Wk 6: Sept 2 = 164.5 (FB = 79,649 stps/96 flrs/41.6 mls)
Week 5: 8/26 = 165.5 (8/19-8/25 FitBit - 82,144 stps/122 flrs/42.6 mls)
Week 4: 8/19 - moved my daughter to college*sad*...having a hard time letting go.
Week 3: 8/12 +2.5 = 168
Week 2: 8/5 -2 = 165.5
Week 1: 7/29 -2.5 = 167.5
START: 7/22 - 170 - - Awful!


WOW! I really regret that workout
