Yesterday and today, I got in a 60 min morning workout and stayed under my calorie range. This week, I totally stayed focus with my personal challenges. Looks like you did well too!

I thought of this challenge for everyone to think of their own personal challenge. We are all at different levels in this journey and have different hurdles to make it through to the next week.
