I'm not doing so great with any of my goals. This week I'm going to continue with my last week's goal of staying in my range, two-three workouts over the week days and two next weekend. I'd like to see the 160s again (!!!!!) by the start of August.

D. don't be so hard on yourself. It's not easy adjusting to a new schedule. If possible write down what you are going to do and I know you will do it.

My goal for this week is...

burn 3000 calories
exercise 80 mins or more
no junk food
be positive!!

Keeping it at 3000 calories burn, because if I burn more then I would have to eat more...

I did well with all of my goals except for exercising. Ever since I started my new job I've been using it as an excuse not to workout. I need to cut that out and just do what I know is right.

My personal goals for this week are:

1. Get in at least 5 30 minute workouts. Sounds simple, but just hasn't been that easy for the last 2 weeks.

2. Stay low in my calorie range.

My mini weekly challenge:
Stay under 1500 calories
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily

* Stay in my calorie range 1200-1600 all except for 1 day.
* Plan meals for eatch day
* Burn 3500 calories
* Drink 10 glasses of water
* Keep carbs below 20g
* Have a great week at work

Stay away from junk food

Eat healthy carbs and stay below 150 grams each day

be positive!!

I decided to check in with you early, just in case I can't log in this weekend. I'm also going to add on to my challenge this week!
