All fruit and veggies are good but remember the high starch has PP and avocados have pp but the rest are free. When doing fruit you can do too much of a good t thing so unless you are over 300 pounds, keep it to 5 fruit a day, if over 300 pounds keep it to 9 a day. That is what my leader says.

WOW, those are all GREAT ideas. I am going to try several. I did have a better day today. Don't know what was wrong with me yesterday. I love bananas, but have always thought they were not good when you were trying to lose weight, but they said it was 0 points, so I had one this morning. I am definitely going to get some of those Special K chips, too. I low grapes, and bought some and had those today, and some strawberries. Bought the Ak-Mok crackers and some WW whipped cream cheese and had those with strawberries for a snack. For dinner it was flounder fillet, stir-fried veggies, and Nature's Own Double Fiber bread toasted with a little spray butter, water to drink. It's thundering here and we are under a tornado watch, so I am getting off the computer. Have a good night everyone!!

I know exactly how you feel. When I first started I was in your same shoes. Hungry! So, I started eating mini meals throughout the day and I also spoke with my leader and they DON'T want you to feel hungry all of the time. Drink, eat fruits, yogurts and veggies and see how you feel. Good luck!

Have you tried the special k chips they are really good. You get 27 for three points. They have cheddar, southwestern ranch,sour cream and onion and sea salt. My favorite are the cheddar because they taste like my favorite cheetos lol. How about some hummus and a pita.

2015 will be the year I move more and sit less. I am determined to be healthy and active.
Get up, go outside, take a walk....do some exercise.....Go with a friend to do something. I would say if you still want chips, just eat a very small amount VERY SLOWLY and count the points. When you eat them slowly,it seems to satisfy the craving much better.....Just make sure you COUNT the points and stay within your range.

I definitely do not want to quit, but I am hungry and feel like I can't get satisfied. I would like nothing more than to go get a big bag of Ruffles Potato Chips and a Coke and sit on the sofa and watch TV and pig out. Ever have days like that? I have had fruit, protein, water, tons of veggies, but still have this unsatisfied feeling. I hate it!!! I have 9 points left today.
