I have a hard time eating any of my extra points. It seems when I do endulge in a few, I gain 1/2 lb. + or -. If I stay strictly to my daily points I can lose .2 per day. It takes me 3 days to get off the 6 extra points I used. I try not to use them.

Sometimes. It depends on the week. Like this week we went out to eat twice and I used my extra points. the week before I did not use any of the extra points. I try to replace the extra points by being more active and racking up the activity points. I also use the least amount of points that I can without leaving myself hungry on the other meals for the day of and the day after I am going out. So my body has a very high point day followed by a low point day. I am at level 26 so yesterday I spent 41 points but today will be 26 points and I will earn 12 points by adding a spin class to my activity level.
