Just had to tell you about a new recipe I made up last night. I didn't want to do potatoes, so I used some organic rice, in that I put it a "gravy" (someone in my meeting told us about a 0 point gravy - 1/2 cup water and bullion, add spices of your choice. To thicken it use 2 Tsp of flour, 2 tsp is 0 points if you go up to 3 then it is a point). Then to my rice dish I added some asparagus and some low sodium soy sauce. The only item in the dish with points is the rice. I was really delicious.
