Just had to tell you about a new recipe I made up last night. I didn't want to do potatoes, so I used some organic rice, in that I put it a "gravy" (someone in my meeting told us about a 0 point gravy - 1/2 cup water and bullion, add spices of your choice. To thicken it use 2 Tsp of flour, 2 tsp is 0 points if you go up to 3 then it is a point). Then to my rice dish I added some asparagus and some low sodium soy sauce. The only item in the dish with points is the rice. I was really delicious.
New low reached 149.2 lbs on 5/6/11. Made my weight watcher goal on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. New walk record 9/9/11, 4 miles in 58 minutes.
current weight: 157.4

Check out your WW books for new recipes. I find if I make my menu the day before or the morning of the day....I do so much better. You don't have to put together points at the last minute and it is easier to stick to it. Good luck on this journey
