I hope you are not depriving yourself of any food. When you deprive yourself of your favorite food, you either binge on it, or eat all around the craving. Take for example potato chips. If you count the points and weigh and measure portion you can have your favorite food.

thank you, that makes sense will keep tab on that. I just slacked off and did'nt want to do anything. eat right, exercise. etc. BUT, emoticon I am determined to start working out with my ww CD and stay away from comfort foods i'm really not comftable after I eat it. nothing but guilt feelings.

If you really want to do something you'll find a way if not you'll fine an excuse

When I was having that, I discovered that my carbs were not properly balanced. You can check that with Reports. Just a possibility.

I don't know what the heck is going on I have had cravings for the past 2 weeks for all the wrong food. I don't know if it's the rainy weather we have been having or what but, my resistance has been down and I caved in . got to get the right mind set again. emoticon
